Built on Precision & Trust
Founded in 1986, Custom Laser got its start in the laser engraving business, adding industrial laser cutting shortly after. Growing significantly over the next decade, co-founders Gary Brockman and Jack Tillotson broke ground on a new building in Lockport’s industrial park in 1997.
Adding secondary processes like waterjet cutting, tube laser cutting, forming, and CNC machining, by 2012 Custom Laser had grown from a few employees to over 30 and purchased a second building on Akron Road.
Custom Laser continued to grow in capacity and capability, adding welding and powder coating to be able to offer customers full laser driven fabrication. In 2020, a new state-of-the-art facility was built in the industrial park next to the original building from 23 years prior.
With over 80 employees and 150,000 square feet of manufacturing space, Custom Laser is now led by the Brockman family and continues to be the standard in laser cutting and fabrication in Western New York.
