Custom Laser can also offer Reverse Engineering and high tolerance inspection. With our recent expansion in 2004 we have added a brand new inspection and reverse engineer room to house our existing system. Reverse engineering is a high tech process in which we can create an AutoCAD file if a drawing is not available. We do this by scanning a model or template of your part and create a file for our CNC machines. We can even take an outline on a piece of paper and scan it into a AutoCAD file. With our inspection system we have the capability of SPC reporting and is factory certified for accuracy annually.
